Application Process

To apply for the fellowship please download and complete the Resuscitation Academy Fellowship Application Form. Email your completed form and indicate which class (October 2010 or March 2011) you would like to attend. EMS applicants should include letter of support from your supervisor to info@resuscitationacademy.com. Medical Program Directors are exempt from this requirement.

The program can accept up to 18 candidates per year.
